The Member Engagement Coordinator is at the heart of creating a great experience for our members. This role serves as a go-to point of contact and helps keep everything running smoothly-from day-to-day administrative tasks to events, communications, and member engagement efforts across the association.


You'll support a variety of MHA's core services, including advocacy, education and events, and communications. Whether you're helping coordinate a project, supporting an event, or connecting with members, your work will help ensure everything feels seamless, organized, and positive.


In this role, you'll be a key connector across teams-keeping projects on track, and making sure members get timely, helpful responses. You'll also help manage and maintain important data systems, ensuring information is accurate and useful for decision-making and outreach.


A portion of the role includes supporting MHAPAC efforts, assisting with tracking, reporting, events, and other projects that support advocacy work and member involvement.


This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is highly organized, and likes building relationships while making a real impact behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or similar, preferred; and a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or member services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a membership association and/or healthcare environment preferred.
  •  Valid Montana Driver's License
