Job description

Benefits available for full-time employee, however position is flexible with the option of part time hours (30 +/week) for the right candidate. Position requires good planning and attention to detail. Experience in planning or event management preferred but not required. Those with K-12 education experience encouraged to apply.

    1.Assist with CRM database entry as outlined by the Director of Member Engagement.
  • Provide reports as needed.
    1. 2.Manage duties for Events:
  • Manage communication with presenters to ensure materials and handouts for events, not associated with another department, are printed, organized, and sent to the events.
  • Ensure all materials are loaded and unloaded for events.
  • Manage evaluations after events. Review evaluations with Director of Member Engagement for improvements on future events.
  • Send appropriate invitations and thank you letters/emails for events.
    1. 3.Manage the planning, organizing, and successful completion of Conferences and NASB workshops, as needed by the Director of Member Engagement
  • Set up and open/close registrations in the CRM Portal.
  • Select menu for events while keeping budget in mind.
  • Manage staff travel arrangements.
  • Provide content for registration mailer through the CRM Portal.
  • Ensure special guests/Senators receive invitations, as needed.
  • Monitor registrations and adjust memberwide communications to encourage timely registrations.
  • Print and assemble badges for each event for participants and vendors.
  • Manage onsite activities for the events.
  • Manage postevent invoices.
    1. 4.Assist Director of Member Engagement with coordination and execution of the State Education Conference.
  • Create reports for Conference proposal process.
  • Attend Conference planning meeting.
  • Setup and monitor registrations in CRM.
  • Lead badge assembly.
  • Manage handout posting process.
  • Manage projector use onsite.
  • Comanage onsite activities.
    1. 5.Oversee supplies inventory and maintain budget allowances within preset limits.
      6.Maintain event registration reports & binder
    ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
      1.Provide administrative support for Membership Drive
  • Assemble Membership Drive documents
  • Manage the distribution of Membership Drive documents
