Financial Advisor - Mission Fed Investment Services
In-Office | San Diego, CA
Compensation: $70,304.00 annual base salary plus variable pay agreement, car allowance, and company-provided cell phone
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.
*Bilingual in Spanish is preferred*

You'll combine your expertise with a consultative, member-first approach to help individuals and families create confident financial futures.

What You'll Do
  • Develop personalized financial plans based on members' goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
  • Provide investment advisory services, retirement income planning, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term member relationships through proactive outreach, ongoing reviews, and exceptional service.
  • Grow your practice through branch referrals, internal partnerships, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with branch leaders and team members to identify opportunities and educate members on investment services.
  • Conduct meetings in person, over the phone, and virtually provide convenient, high-quality member experiences.
  • Stay informed on market trends, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, insurance, Raymond James, and Mission Fed requirements.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, investments, brokerage, banking, or related financial services.
  • Proven success developing client relationships and growing business through consultative financial planning.
  • Experience delivering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to client goals.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a bank, credit union, or retail investment environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field.

Required Licenses
  • Active FINRA Series 7
  • Active FINRA Series 66
  • Active Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance License
  • Clean CRD/U4 record
  • Ability to maintain all registrations, licenses, and continuing education requirements in good standing
