Description

Heritage Federal Credit Union, a Readers' Choice Best Credit Union gold award recipient, is growing thanks to the focus on helping our members and community. At Heritage, we foster a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions truly make a difference. As we continue to expand, we are searching for a Teller to join our amazing Retail team! 


Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking helpful, customer service-savvy individuals with experience in transactional cross-selling and product education to fill our Teller position. Weekday scheduling and location may vary; however, incentive pay will be applied for travel. Candidates' availability will also need to be Fridays from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturdays (rotating) from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. 


Starting Pay: $17.80/hour

Full - Time 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel and adapt to various branch locations as needed each day.
  • Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.
  • Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
  • Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.
  • Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers 
  • Assist members with technical services and or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.
  • A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business.
  • Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.
  • Cross-selling products and services.
  • Filling in at other locations as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to assist other Branches locally
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in sales
  • Excellent customer service
  • Solid communication skills
  • Self-motivated professional
