Be the face of UT Federal Credit Union on campus.

As a Student Ambassador & Financial Consultant, you'll represent UT Federal Credit Union at our Student Union Branch, helping students, faculty, staff, and members navigate their financial journey with confidence.
This is more than a campus job-it's an opportunity to gain professional experience in banking, finance, sales, customer service, and relationship building while becoming a trusted resource within the UTK community.
Whether you're majoring in business, finance, communications, marketing, or simply enjoy helping people, you'll develop valuable career skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome members and visitors to the Student Union Branch with exceptional service.
  • Serve as a campus ambassador for UT Federal Credit Union by building relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Help members open accounts, process transactions, and access the financial products and services that best meet their needs.
  • Educate members on financial wellness resources, digital banking tools, and available credit union services.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
  • Assist with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and debit card services.
  • Resolve member questions with professionalism and care.
  • Represent UTFCU at campus events, orientations, and outreach opportunities when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Support branch operations through cash handling, balancing, recordkeeping, and maintaining a welcoming branch environment.
