The salary for this role is $70,500 - $75,000 per year


Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, guest services, and inventory oversight
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver elevated experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the Spa Director to refine processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timekeeping accuracy
  • Hire, onboard, and support new team members as they grow
  • Be a hands-on leader, stepping into concierge, reservation, or attendant roles as needed
  • Resolve guest issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain a spotless, welcoming, and safe spa environment
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of spa or hospitality management experience (luxury or boutique preferred)
  • Confident leader with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with spa or hospitality systems (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, or similar)
  • Familiarity with payroll and staff scheduling
  • Guest-first mindset with a passion for wellness and service
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Solid knowledge of appointment management
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, working under pressure, and handling unexpected situations with grace
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
