Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Med Spa Director

Location: Wyandotte, Michigan

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner Injector to lead, manage, and grow our rapidly expanding medical spa. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned aesthetic provider who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes while driving business growth, team development, and overall spa success. The ideal candidate is a confident leader, expert injector, relationship builder, and natural salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will take ownership of daily operations, elevate the patient experience, build long-term client loyalty, mentor staff, and help establish our med spa as the premier aesthetic destination in Downriver and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Perform advanced aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Expertly administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, weight loss programs, and other aesthetic services.Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical excellence.
  • Stay current with emerging aesthetic trends, techniques, products, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development & Growth
  • Drive revenue growth through exceptional patient consultations and treatment recommendations.
  • Convert consultations into treatment plans with confidence and professionalism.
  • Develop strategies to increase client retention, memberships, package sales, and referrals.
  • Identify new service offerings and growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships within the community to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content creation, educational events, and promotional campaigns.

Leadership & Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical spa. Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Patient Experience: Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience to every client. Build trust and long-term relationships through education and personalized care.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize treatment outcomes.
  • Create a welcoming, upbeat, and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications Required

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of aesthetic injecting experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and growing patient volume.
  • Strong consultation and treatment planning skills.
  • Experience managing or leading a medical spa, aesthetic practice, or cosmetic department.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities.

  • Experience launching or growing a med spa.
  • Established aesthetic client following.
