Role Description
We are seeking a reliable Spa Front Desk team member to support daily spa operations and provide excellent customer service.
This role is responsible for helping maintain a professional and organized front desk environment while ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
  •  Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out. 
  •  Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries. 
  •  Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar. 
  •  Process payments and maintain accurate records. 
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas. 
  •  Support daily spa operations as needed. 
  •  Provide a professional and welcoming client experience.
