Role Description We are seeking a reliable Spa Front Desk team member to support daily spa operations and provide excellent customer service.

This role is responsible for helping maintain a professional and organized front desk environment while ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out.

Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.

Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar.

Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.

Support daily spa operations as needed.
