At Sibanye-Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking an Electronic Material Classification Supervisor to lead sorting, dismantling, and classification operations within our refining facility.
This role focuses on leading teams, driving production performance, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across electronic material processing operations.
Job Purpose
Lead and manage electronic material classification operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality processing while supporting production goals and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead daily operations of electronic material classification and dismantling processes
โ€ข Supervise, coach, and develop team members
โ€ข Monitor production performance, workflow, and quality standards
โ€ข Coordinate staffing and resources to meet production targets
โ€ข Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements
โ€ข Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
โ€ข Maintain production records, reporting, and documentation
โ€ข Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety teams
โ€ข Address performance issues and support employee development
Qualifications
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED required
โ€ข Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, or production environments
โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
โ€ข Experience with material sorting, dismantling, or recycling operations preferred
โ€ข Must be able to reliably commute to our Fairless Hills location as public transportation is not available
Compliance and Physical Requirements
โ€ข Must meet ITAR and NAID requirements
โ€ข Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and medical clearance
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
โ€ข Ability to work in an industrial environment with required PPE
Schedule and Benefits
โ€ข Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
