The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Material Expediter with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate movement of materials and inventory.
Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management
  • Quality Control
  • Drive trucks to outlying work areas to pick up or deliver materials.
  • Operate manually controlled gasoline, electric, or liquid propane gas-powered forklifts to transport goods and materials within the warehouse.
  • Perform day-to-day, routine tasks following established guidelines.
  • Receive specific guidance from supervisors or other officials for handling unusual non-routine problems.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of other workers engaged in handling goods to be shipped or received.
  • Perform tasks using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Engage in data entry and utilize warehousing inventory databases.
  • Level of responsibility may include overseeing warehouse operations when the Warehouse Manager is not present

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • 4 Years of experience in warehouse operations or Associate's degree with 2 years' experience
  • State issued driver's license
  • Ability to drive short and long distances in a standard or large truck (F150-F350 type vehicles, does not include CDL tractors)
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and physically maneuver up/down stairs or ladders
  • Computer data entry experience in warehousing inventory database
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desired:
  • Military Logistics background is highly desirable to include terminology, FAR or other US Government agency requirements, and depot warehousing processes

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$24.84
