DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To support International Subsidiaries by processing and managing parts orders, including order entry, research, and fulfillment in the Oracle system, and help ensure accurate processing, timely shipments, and proper documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
โ€ข Work with each international Pride subsidiary on daily lead-times of parts stocked at the Duryea facility
โ€ข Enter orders of International OEM and Duryea facility stock parts into Oracle system
โ€ข Research parts to determine manufacturer and enter order accordingly into Oracle system
โ€ข Generate 50% of ship confirmation for international part orders to Subsidiaries
โ€ข Generate 50% of commercial invoices for part shipments to International Subsidiaries
โ€ข Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
โ€ข Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
โ€ข Focus on continuous improvement and provide recommended solutions as it relates to process and procedures
โ€ข Consistently demonstrate good business judgment especially as related to negotiating and closing sales
โ€ข Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
โ€ข Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
โ€ข Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
