Expeditor

The Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain and production processes. This position is responsible for coordinating between suppliers, production teams, and logistics to prevent delays and bottlenecks that could impact project deadlines or customer satisfaction. The Expeditor monitors order statuses, tracks shipments, and proactively addresses any issues that may arise to maintain operational efficiency. By facilitating clear communication and timely follow-ups, the Expeditor helps optimize inventory levels and supports on-time delivery commitments. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that all necessary components are available when needed to meet production and customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or production support role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with inventory management or order tracking software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
