A Day in the Life of a Parts Expeditor
As a Parts Expeditor, you're the person who keeps the parts department moving behind the scenes.
Your day may begin by receiving shipments, verifying inventory, and stocking parts in the correct locations. Throughout the day, you'll organize inventory, deliver parts to technicians, assist with machine-down orders, and help ensure the parts department stays accurate, clean, and organized.
You'll work closely with the Parts PROs, service technicians, sales team, and leadership to make sure parts are available when customers and technicians need them.
This is a role for someone who enjoys staying organized, working as part of a team, and keeping operations running efficiently.
Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: support the team, maintain accurate inventory, and help keep the dealership moving.
What You'll Do
As a Parts Expeditor, you will:
  • receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments
  • stock parts in assigned warehouse and showroom locations
  • assist with machine-down and stock orders to support customer needs
  • monitor shortages and communicate inventory issues to the Parts Manager
  • deliver parts to service technicians as needed
  • organize inventory to maintain accurate and efficient storage
  • assist with showroom merchandising and parts displays
  • help maintain inventory accuracy through shipment verification and organization
  • keep the parts department clean, safe, and well organized
  • work closely with teammates across departments to support dealership success

  • ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

It's a plus if you have:
  • experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, parts, or equipment environments
  • familiarity with agricultural, construction, turf, or automotive parts
  • forklift certification or forklift experience
  • experience using inventory management or dealership systems
  • previous experience supporting a parts or service department
