Customer Service Supply and Matching Coordinator

Role Overview
The main objective of the Supply and Matching Coordinator is to provide key support to the workshop. The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the workshop process flow in a timely manner by adhering to company objectives.
This position requires excellent organizational skills.
This position reports to the CS Supply and Matching Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities
Repair matching management.
Kit box maintenance and management.
Repair flow allocation and management.
Collaborate and communicate with other internal departments and colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of the processes.
Maintain operational standards.
Problem solving
Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills are a must, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. SAP/Excel experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have the ability to focus on the minor details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Should be able to handle multiple queries and tasks at the same time without compromising on quality.
  • Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take the initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities (internal and external)
