Being part of this team means you will represent clients on behalf of Kelleher, finding opportunities for connection. Key roles on this team include relationship management, in-depth screening and vetting, candidate sourcing and screening, soliciting feedback, and strategic coaching. As a matchmaker, you will be skilled in all these areas and possess an instinct for making connections and presenting opportunities. Individuals interested in a matchmaking role within this team dynamic should have a passion for people, relationship building, and love. 


Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed, able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fully remote environment. Must have a professional home office setup and reliable high-speed internet.
