Are you confident, compassionate, and unshakable under pressure? Nashville Singles is seeking aย Professional Matchmaker (Client Services Specialist)ย to work directly with clients bothย in person and by phone, guiding them through their search for meaningful relationships.

This is an emotionally engaging role that requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to set firm yet kind boundaries.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Meet with clients in person and by phone to coach, guide, and support their matchmaking journey

  • Curate personalized introductions that reflect compatibility and shared values

  • Handle emotional situations with patience, confidence, and composure

  • Present membership upgrades and services with honesty and professionalism

  • Maintain accurate client records and provide ongoing feedback

  • Collaborate with fellow matchmakers to meet and exceed team goals
