What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than lease apartments-you'll help create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents. From attracting and qualifying prospects to completing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community.
At Morgan Properties, we're looking for individuals who lead with integrity, treat others with respect, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You'll serve as a trusted resource for residents and prospects, building meaningful relationships through honest communication, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Compensation and Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 - $23.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)
