Matcher/Verifier Job Description:

Matcher process is to ensure parts are matched with the current work order and ensure the quantity matches the work order correctly.

Matcher/Verifier Job Responsibilities:

Receiving matchers and drivers are to work as teams of two. The Matcher is to complete 100 orders and the driver is to take out that amount to the production floor on a given shift.

  • Ensures the work orders are matched to the stock and the packaging material is matched-up appropriate stock / work order.
  • Maintains a clean work area with only current materials in the receiving area.
  • Maintains and follows our 5”s policy and procedures.
  • Communicates daily issues to the receiving supervisor.
  • Promotes a safe work environment.
  • Maintains and follows color code system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Matcher/Verifier Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • Good instructional and leadership skills
  • Ability to demonstrate full understanding of production flow process
  • Ability to read and write and understanding a work order
  • Ability to communicate to the driver to match the work orders correctly
  • Ability to count with accuracy.
