Seeking a Director of Guest Experience & Entertainment for our 1,000 seat venue The Beer Garden Center located 20 minutes outside Austin in Elgin, Texas.

Help Us Build Texas’ Most Memorable Beer Garden

We’re looking for someone extraordinary to help bring that vision to life.

This isn’t simply an MC position.

We’re hiring a Director of Guest Experience & Entertainment to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

You’ll host events, energize crowds, welcome families, introduce live bands, invent new traditions, and help transform an ordinary weekend into something guests can’t wait to tell their friends about.

You’ll become the personality of the Beer Garden.

About the Beer Garden Center

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Welcome guests throughout the evening

Make first-time visitors feel at home

Learn the names of regular guests

Create memorable interactions with families

Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations

Ensure every guest feels included

Live Event Hosting

Host Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events

Introduce live bands and performers

Keep the energy high between sets

Make announcements throughout the evening

Lead contests, games, and audience participation

Keep events flowing smoothly and on schedule

Event Creation

Design new entertainment concepts

Create recurring traditions unique to the Beer Garden

Develop seasonal festivals and themed weekends

Plan audience participation activities

Coordinate holiday celebrations

Help decorate and produce special events

Entertainment Coordination

Work directly with musicians and performers

Assist with event setup and execution

Keep performers informed throughout the evening

Solve guest issues with professionalism

Help ensure every event exceeds expectations
