    As a Senior Project Manager within the Martech organization at Wynn, you will lead complex, highvisibility initiatives that support our marketing technology ecosystem, including Braze, custom built applications, and others as identified.

    Success in this role requires not only strong project management expertise, but also a solid understanding of marketing operations, customer engagement technologies, and how Martech capabilities drive business outcomes. You will be expected to take ownership of projects, operate with a high level of accountability, and thrive in a collaborative, fastmoving environment. Exceptional communication, organization, followthrough, and documentation skills are essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the successful delivery of multiple Martech projects, managing resources, scope, schedule, budget, risks, communications, and quality.
    • Ensure all project team members understand the overall scope and their individual contributions, especially across marketing, Martech, and technical teams.
    • Drive issue resolution by proactively identifying blockers, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely solutions.
    • Assess user and marketing requirements, identify gaps, and recommend effective technical and operational solutions.
    • Provide accurate, timely, and transparent project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and expectation management.
    • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Maintain detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all work aligns with agreedupon timelines and deliverables.
    • Apply project management best practices and methodologies (PMI, Waterfall, Agile) to achieve defined objectives.
    • Track and manage project budgets, including burndown and forecasting throughout the lifecycle.
    • Manage and coordinate with external vendors supporting Martech initiatives.
    • Foster strong crossfunctional relationships and promote a collaborative, solutionsoriented team culture.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience, ideally with full development lifecycle exposure.
    • Experience working within Martech, marketing operations, CRM, or customer engagement platforms strongly preferred.
    • PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
    • Experience in hospitality or gaming industry IT project management is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, including senior stakeholders.
    • Strong vendor management and crossfunctional coordination skills.
    • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Comfortable operating in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Creative problemsolver who seeks innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
    • A proactive, accountable team player who takes ownership and consistently strives for excellence.
