Job description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.

We are looking for a Martech Solution/Enterprise Architect who will provide hands‑on architecture and integration support to simplify the Martech estate, reduce tool overlap, improve interoperability, and strengthen alignment between business priorities, data flows, and platform strategy. The ideal candidate will combine architecture depth with practical delivery experience. These roles will help assess the current marketing technology landscape, define target‑state architecture, support integration planning, and enable faster execution of consolidation and rationalization of AI driven initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the current Martech ecosystem, including platforms, interfaces, dependencies, and data flows.
  • Document current‑state and target‑state architecture for Martech consolidation initiatives.
  • Identify duplication, redundancy, integration gaps, and rationalization opportunities across tools and platforms.
  • Define unified data and business process flows across the ecosystem.
  • Define integration approaches, interface patterns, and solution design recommendations aligned with enterprise standards, including resilience, failover, and risk considerations.
  • Develop recommendations for consolidating overlapping applications into a simplified and scalable future‑state landscape that supports AI‑driven initiatives.
  • Work with business, product, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into practical architecture decisions.
  • Contribute to implementation planning, sequencing, and governance for consolidation workstreams.
  • Produce clear architecture documentation, decision logs, and dependency views to support execution teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems integration roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting platform consolidation, transformation, or rationalization programs.
  • Working knowledge of Martech ecosystems, customer data flows, marketing automation, digital experience platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience producing architecture artifacts, integration documentation, and implementation guidance.

Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, fast‑growing, challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of individual responsibility.

Tiger Analytics provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
