JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager - Digital Experience Technology (aka Consumer Marketing / Software Developer / MarTech Engineer / Marketing Technologist / Cloud Engineer) plays a critical leadership role in delivering scalable, secure, and data-driven customer identity and marketing technology solutions. This role combines technical expertise in identity resolution, customer data platforms (CDP), cleanrooms, and Adobe Experience Cloud with strong delivery management capabilities to ensure timely and high-quality solution execution.

The Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrations, architectures, and operational solutions that power customer identity, personalization, and multi-channel marketing activations. This position ensures alignment between strategy and execution by partnering with product, business stakeholders, architects, and the project management office, while providing real-time communication and progress updates to leadership.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide delivery leadership across identity resolution, customer 360, data collaboration, and MarTech platforms; ensure projects meet architectural and strategic goals.
  • Partner with architects to design scalable solutions leveraging AWS, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and cleanroom technologies
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance where needed, leveraging architecture and engineering background in AWS, Snowflake, identity solutions, and Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Manage engineering teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of integrations, pipelines, identity graph development, and marketing activations
  • Drive operational excellence for identity and MarTech platforms, ensuring uptime, monitoring, incident management, and real-time updates to leadership
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or in a relevant applied quantitative field is required.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/delivery management role.
  • Strong background in architecture and engineering of identity and MarTech solutions.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platforms and Snowflake data engineering.
  • Hands-on delivery experience across Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and identity solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale integrations, pipelines, and marketing technology solutions on time and within scope;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
