  • Responsible for defining and driving the MarTech vision, transformation roadmap, and strategic alignment across Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities. 
  • The role involves advising stakeholders on marketing technology adoption, translating business goals into actionable MarTech and analytics use cases, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring measurable marketing outcomes through effective platform and data strategy execution.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or analytics advisory roles.
  • Proven experience defining MarTech strategy and transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience translating business objectives into technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to design governance models and operating principles for MarTech execution.
  • Strong ability to align business strategy with technology capabilities.
  • Consulting or advisory experience in large-scale marketing or analytics initiatives.

Experience:

  • 6–9+ years of experience in MarTech, digital strategy, or analytics advisory roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise marketing platforms in regulated environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting marketing transformation programs.
  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles for enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate MarTech vision, goals, and transformation roadmap.
  • Align marketing strategy, data strategy, and technology capabilities across Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Advise stakeholders on platform adoption, sequencing, and integration decisions.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable MarTech and analytics use cases.
  • Establish governance models, operating principles, and best practices for MarTech execution.
  • Support value realization by linking MarTech capabilities to measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align priorities, scope, and success metrics.
  • Partner with delivery teams (CJA, AEP, reporting, tagging) to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational readiness gaps.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership across Adobe programs.

Should Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience with digital measurement maturity assessments.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance domain.
  • Exposure to Agile or SAFe program environments.
  • Experience supporting GA-to-Adobe migration or transition programs.
