Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and marketing technology (Martech) platforms to drive data-driven insights and digital optimization for our organization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable analytics solutions that enable marketing, product, and business teams to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and related Martech solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to define data collection strategies, tagging frameworks, and reporting requirements.
  • Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights across digital channels.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data capture for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Evaluate and integrate Martech stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and analytics best practices.
  • Develop standards, guidelines, and governance for analytics implementations and data quality.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover customer behavior trends, digital performance, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging analytics technologies, trends, and Adobe ecosystem updates.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, digital marketing technology, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with tagging, tracking, and data layer implementation on web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with Martech ecosystems, including CRM, CDP, personalization, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and analytics best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with server-side tracking, CDPs, and API integrations.
  • Background in digital marketing optimization and A/B testing.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale analytics architecture and implementation.
