• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, crafting unique treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to facilitate meaningful conversations, personal insights, and emotional growth.
• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychologist, social workers, and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop detailed treatment strategies that align with best practices in the mental health field.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry advancements.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Marriage Counseling Solutions, you will primarily work with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of emotional, mental, and relational challenges. Our clients often seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, family dynamics, and life transitions. Your empathetic and culturally competent approach will be vital in building trust and rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic concepts, clinical assessments, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, particularly working as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proficiency in providing telehealth services and using digital therapy tools.
• Experience in family therapy, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution techniques.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services available in the San Bernardino area.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
