Location: Illinois
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth counseling services for clients in Illinois. This role involves helping people work through relationship challenges, family stress, emotional concerns, and personal growth goals. You will guide clients through practical conversations, evidence-based care, and treatment plans that support healthier choices and stronger connections.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote therapy services for individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals
  • Support clients with communication issues, conflict resolution, stress management, and emotional concerns
  • Use evidence-based therapy methods that fit each client's situation
