• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using our online therapy platform, ensuring a professional and comfortable atmosphere for discussion.
• Assist clients in articulating their feelings, emotions, and experiences during sessions to facilitate a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Evaluate client needs through active listening and observation, helping clients identify goals and create actionable plans for personal development.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to therapy, integrating effective techniques and tools to promote healing and growth.
• Document and follow-up on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

In this role, you will primarily interact with stable, low-acuity clients who are seeking treatment for a range of emotional and mental health issues. Our clients are carefully screened to ensure their compatibility with remote counseling services. This allows you to focus on providing quality care without the additional pressure of high-acuity cases.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an active, independent state license, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC, is necessary to practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in technology and an ability to navigate digital platforms efficiently for client engagement.

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is a plus.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and understanding the nuances of therapy in an educational context.
• A background in preventative mental health strategies and solution-focused techniques would be beneficial.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on your level of experience and hours worked.
