Key Responsibilities

  • Offer individual, family, and group therapy grounded in evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that all goals and interventions are clearly defined and actionable.
  • Work in partnership with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to ensure clientsโ€™ immediate safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to track progress and adhere to best practices.
