HCO Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed and experienced counselor/therapist specializing in couples therapy and family marriage counseling. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and solution-focused therapy to couples and families, helping them navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their bond. This role offers the flexibility of providing services via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • rovide therapeutic services to couples and families, focusing on marriage counseling, relationship dynamics, communication issues, and conflict resolution.

  • onduct thorough assessments to identify individual and relational challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • U
  • tilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to address marital and family issues, such as emotional distance, infidelity, parenting conflicts, and other stressors.

  • acilitate a safe and non-judgmental environment for couples and families to openly communicate and work through their issues.

    Qualifications:

  • ducation: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • roficiency in working with diverse family structures and cultural backgrounds.
