• Establish strong therapeutic rapport with patients, fostering a safe and trusting environment.
• Diagnose various mental health disorders using evidence-based methodologies alongside DSM-5 criteria.
• Design tailored treatment plans that resonate with patients' unique circumstances and goals, enabling them to gain meaningful insights and coping strategies.
• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions focused on improving interpersonal dynamics and enhancing mental well-being.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family conflicts. Your role is pivotal in improving patient outcomes, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles and stronger interpersonal relationships.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy, alongside strong organizational and time-management skills for effective case management.

• Experience working with a diverse range of populations, particularly in a community health setting.
