Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients by establishing trust and transparency.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique circumstances and needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on improving mental health outcomes.
• Monitor clients’ progress through regular assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and progress observed.
• Provide referrals to other specialists as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinical and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are necessary to balance a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a remote counseling environment is preferred, highlighting adaptability to digital platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
