Position: Full-Time
Location: Mississippi
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote counseling services to clients who need support with relationships, family dynamics, emotional regulation, and personal challenges. In this position, you will guide therapy sessions, create treatment strategies, maintain documentation, and help clients build measurable progress over time. The work is practical, client-focused, and centered on steady clinical care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions in a professional telehealth setting
  • Complete assessments and gather relevant clinical background
  • Build treatment plans with realistic, goal-based interventions
  • Document services accurately and within required timeframes
  • Provide counseling that supports healthier relationships and family functioning
  • Track progress and revise treatment approaches as needed

Requirements
