The Global Partner Marketing team is responsible for Intel co-marketing strategy and execution across a broad range of ecosystem partners, aligning business and marketing priorities to grow preference for Intel technology and growth for our ecosystem partners.
We are searching for a Co-Marketing Program Architect to manage the co-marketing framework and strategy for Intel's global Client and Data Center partners. Your objective will be to architect and manage a co-marketing program framework that delivers value to Intel and our partners, aligns co-marketing investments to revenue, amplifies Intel direct marketing investments, and champions the Intel brand in co-marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Account Strategists, Global Sales Account Teams, Business Groups, Global Marketing, and Global Partner Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Translate strategic business objectives into an annual co-marketing program framework
  • Architect program to delight customers, steward brand attribution, and empower Partner Marketing Account teams to achieve deliverables.
  • Develop and represent Co-Marketing program KPIs in executive reviews internally and with our partners
  • Develop annual program framework and associated communications
  • Drive the development of annual program budget methodology.
  • Align with legal, finance, and the operations team to deliver those elements of the program framework.
  • Manage and leverage insights, research, and support from internal analytics and insights team, agency partners, and other vendors to develop new strategies for co-marketing.
  • Monitor program health and performance globally (HQ and Global Field Marketing); drive for enhancements needed to resolve issues impacting program success.
  • Build strong partnerships with Global Segment Marketing teams, Global Field Marketing, Sales teams, and other peer groups to deliver on the program architecture.
  • Innovate using the latest and greatest tech including AI to reimagine program workflows, tools and system integration
  • Understand the ecosystem dynamics, areas of business growth and how the framework needs to adjust

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the maturity to interact comfortably with a vast spectrum of stakeholder roles and hierarchy.
  • Demonstrated creativity, drive, and work ethic to function well in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Flexible and resilient problem solver with the ability to build broad-based consensus and manage sensitive situations.
  • Mastery of productivity collaboration tools.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant tech ecosystem product knowledge.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role in a Global Sales or Marketing organization.
  • 4+ years Co-Marketing/Partner Marketing experience with proven results.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • AI, cloud and/or ISV ecosystem experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $145,850.00-298,520.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
