We are looking for a passionate individual whose professionalism and dedication aligns with our vision and mission. They will drive the design, development, and implementation for all innovative programming to help us to evolve, grow, enhance our value proposition and offers, drive greater efficiency and effectiveness as we scale for the future. This position is highly matrixed reporting into the VP of Support Services with a dotted line to FLIK VP Wellness & Sustainability and works collaboratively with: FISD VP Culinary, FISD VP Marketing and FLIK Athletics Division for all sports nutrition program development.

This role involves providing relevant and meaningful thought leadership to both internal and external audiences. This role is also responsible for strategy, content creation, partnerships, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, client wellness teams, and Compass subject matter experts. The VP will oversee: * Director of Wellness & Nutrition who has oversight for FISD RD's and is responsible for driving overall nutrition, allergen management, and wellness initiatives in alignment with marketplace trends and field needs.

* On-site sports dietitian lead Responsibilities: * Member of the leadership team and responsible for contribution to successful business results within subject matter expertise. * Develops and leads the strategic approach to wellness (nutrition & allergy management), sports nutrition, sustainability, and education across all disciplines in collaboration with culinary, marketing, communications, and training/development. * Leads interpretation and implementation of all wellness policies, programs & initiatives, and implements audit and verification process which delivers on client expectations and experience.

* Conducts site visits for purpose of ensuring integrity of applicable wellness programming, client-specific nutritional requirements, on-site nutritional support, and on-site programming. * Act as the lead expert on food allergen management and dietary restrictions through reviewing menu labeling, developing manager and hourly training, and continuous education. Qualifications: * Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.

* Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required. * Required: Master's degree in nutrition or a related degree from an accredited institution * Performance nutrition experience and professional CSSD certification * Ten years (10) of experience in foodservice, K-12 preferred. * Demonstrated experience with large group public speaking and training with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Leadership experience in the nutrition industry preferred. * Travel up to 50-60%. Apply to Flik today!
