As a Marketing Program Coordinator, you will support and coordinate marketing initiatives within the HVAC industry. This role will play a critical part in managing, executing, and tracking our marketing programs that drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution and tracking of our marketing programs.
  • Own the contractor signup process by partnering with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and swiftly resolving any obstacles.
  • Lead continuous training efforts to maximize understanding and execution of marketing programs.
  • Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure monthly sales figures for all growth programs are entered promptly and accurately.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, product, and supply teams to support and advance program initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relate field
  • 1+ years of marketing experience
  • 1+ years of administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
