Your role at a glance
We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager who excels at turning plans into execution. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing programs, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, stakeholders are aligned, and performance is tracked effectively.
This is an execution-focused role suited for a highly organized operator with strong project management skills and hands-on campaign experience. You will work across marketing and cross-functional teams to bring programs to life, drive alignment, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
This role does not own individual marketing channels, but partners closely with channel owners (e.g., digital, content, marketing operations, field marketing) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across programs.
What we are looking for
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Coordination & Delivery
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs across channels (e.g., email, digital, webinars, events, content)
  • Translate marketing plans into clear timelines, deliverables, and coordinated workflows
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on time, on brief, and with high quality
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the central coordination point across marketing teams within integrated marketing, field marketing and other teams as required.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status communications
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks-and drive them to resolution
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Campaign Orchestration
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaign execution, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
  • Work with channel owners and marketing operations to ensure campaigns are properly set up and launched
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and campaign readiness in collaboration with relevant teams

Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Support campaign and program performance tracking against defined KPIs with martech, campaigns and relevant teams.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting mechanisms are in place in partnership with marketing operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution based on campaign results

Process & Operational Excellence
  • Drive consistent execution processes and best practices across marketing programs
  • Improve workflows, templates, and coordination methods to increase efficiency
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, timelines, and outcomes

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ability to drive execution with precision and accountability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management tools (nice to have)
  • Experience with collaboration and communication tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and/or experience to meet requisite skill level.
  • Project Management certifications preferred but not required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and program coordination
  • Mid-level marketing campaign experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Remain stationary for long periods of time.
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work during US business hours and global time zones.

WORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Travel required 10% of time.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.

Compensation Pay Range
"This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $137,100.00 - $183,700.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
