Program/Event Coordinator Job Summary

Kaspar Outdoors is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Program/Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs, events, and brand initiatives. As the Program/Event Coordinator, you will help manage schedules, communication, logistics, vendors, materials, and follow-up to create organized, professional experiences for internal teams, customers, and guests. This is a full-time position located in Bryan, Texas.

Program/Event Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program and event timelines, schedules, registrations, and logistics.
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, guests, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare event materials, supplies, reports, agendas, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with venue setup, booth coordination, travel planning, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track expenses, deadlines, inventory, and action items with accuracy.
  • Support marketing, customer engagement, and community or brand events as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a better participant experience.
  • Represent Kaspar Outdoors with professionalism, service, and a positive attitude.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
Program/Event Coordinator Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, service-minded, and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new digital tools.
Program/Event Coordinator Qualifications
  • Experience in event coordination, program support, administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage schedules, details, and stakeholder communication with accuracy.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for events.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based with occasional work at event venues, outdoor areas, or manufacturing environments. PPE may be required in designated areas.

  • Occasional bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying event materials.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
