POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Event Air Coordinator (EAC) assists with air operational components and assigned tasks for group and internal travel. The EAC assists Event Air Managers and takes on a variety of air projects, including Air Program Management, General Booking, Ticketing and Administration.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred OR one to two years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to interact professionally and positively with a varying group of internal and external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and, also, as part of a team.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Availability to work extended hours on weekdays and weekends, on a limited basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
  • Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
