Job Summary
Professional Security Alliance (PSA), the world's largest consortium of security and audio-visual systems integrators, is seeking a high-performing Partner Programs Coordinator to help execute and scale engagement across our technology partner ecosystem.
This role sits at the center of PSA's partner strategy - supporting the programs, marketing initiatives, and events that drive visibility, engagement, and growth for over 200 technology partners and a $5B+ member network. Working closely with the Director of Partnerships and cross-functional teams in marketing, events, and education, this individual will take ownership of partner program execution, sponsorship delivery, and engagement tracking across PSA's core platforms. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering with precision, and wants to build a career in partnerships, marketing, or program management.
Success in this role is defined by flawless execution, strong partner engagement, and the ability to bring structure and accountability to PSA's growing partner ecosystem. This position offers a clear growth path into Partner Management, Marketing, or Program Leadership roles within PSA.

Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually plus 5% performance bonus on partner deliverables execution, event sponsorship fulfillment, Internal stakeholder feedback.Essential Functions
Partnership Programs & Execution
  • Own execution timelines and delivery of partner marketing programs and sponsorship commitments
  • Own tracking and reporting of partner engagement metrics across campaigns, events, and communications
  • Ensure all partner deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with PSA standards
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partner program coordination and execution
  • Support preparation for partner meetings, QBRs, and internal strategy reviews
Partner Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between PSA marketing and technology partners
  • Guide partners in utilizing PSA marketing channels (digital campaigns, webinars, newsletters, events)
  • Coordinate partner-provided content and ensure alignment with PSA brand and messaging standards
Event Sponsorship & Program Delivery
  • Own tracking and fulfillment of event sponsorship deliverables across PSA events and programs
  • Coordinate execution of sponsorship benefits and ensure a high-quality partner experience
  • Support post-event reporting, including performance metrics and partner feedback
Internal Collaboration & Systems
  • Partner with marketing, education, and sales teams to ensure consistent execution of partner initiatives
  • Maintain accurate partner activity tracking and engagement data within PSA systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Contribute to reporting and insights that improve partner program effectiveness over time
Key Performance Indicators

Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, partnerships, or program support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Experience working in CRM or marketing platforms (NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in electronic security, AV, or related industries is a plus
