Job description

Finvari is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the way construction companies handle payments. Our mission is to eliminate manual, repetitive payment tasks, empowering construction leaders to focus on building the infrastructure of tomorrow. From field employees to the C-Suite, our customer-centric software streamlines processes, improves efficiency, and drives innovation across the industry.
We're a close-knit, experienced team with a track record of building and scaling successful software companies-some of which have even gone public. At Finvari, innovation, creativity, and customer focus are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for team members who share our passion for problem-solving and want to make a direct impact. Our culture is collaborative, autonomous, and customer-obsessed.
As a Marketing Program Specialist, you'll support execution across Finvari's events, campaigns, and content programs, from trade shows and webinars to email campaigns and sales enablement materials. You'll work closely with sales, agencies, and vendors to keep every program on time and on brand. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure across the full marketing mix at a fast-growing startup.
In this role you'll work closely with senior leadership on event strategy, campaign results, and company priorities. Within your first three to six months, you'll begin taking ownership of key marketing programs, leading select initiatives from planning through execution.
This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
Responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, customer events, and partner programs, including registration, logistics, vendor and shipment coordination, event materials, attendee coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events from planning through follow-up, including speaker scheduling, registration pages, promotional communications, platform setup, rehearsals, attendee tracking, and follow-up materials
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and partner channels, including content development, proofreading, scheduling, list management, and performance tracking
  • Support development and distribution of marketing content, including customer stories, blog posts, social content, presentations, event materials, and newsletters
  • Maintain and organize sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, customer proof points, product resources, email templates, and event follow-up content
  • Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams, external partners, agencies, speakers, and vendors
  • Partner with sales on pre- and post-event outreach, and support campaign and program reporting, including campaign records, registration and engagement tracking, lead list management and handoffs, and performance results
  • Support evaluation of new event and sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit and ROI
  • Support general marketing operations, including CRM data management, asset organization, vendor coordination, promotional inventory, and documenting repeatable processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of marketing, event marketing, or marketing operations experience
  • Experience owning event logistics and vendor relationships end to end, across in-person and virtual events
  • Comfortable writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and project management tools
  • Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage a budget and reconcile spend
  • Ability to travel periodically for events, with some busier seasons
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Experience marketing to construction or professional services audiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability

The compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000.
Benefits include:
  • 100% premium coverage for employee health insurance premiums and partial coverage for dependents.
  • Health Savings Account with a company contribution
  • Flexible Spending Account Options: Health Care and Dependent Care
  • Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • 11 paid company holidays plus generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy
  • Plus stock options so that you can participate in the company's success!
