Sigma Systems is currently looking for a Senior Program Coordinator to work onsite in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • The SPC provides administrative and organizational services to all assigned members of the faculty in support of their teaching, research, and scholarship, administrative and external professional activities on behalf of the law school.
  • Manage travel arrangements and reimbursements.
  • Prepare for the start & end of the semester, including creating and maintaining Blackboard course websites and printing exams.
  • Drafting basic correspondence, creating, editing, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets and surveys.
  • Event planning, including workshops, symposia, coordination of guest speakers.
  • Scheduling and calendar support; special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
