Job description

Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager for a strategic engagement reporting up into the Product Management organization. This role is tied to a critical, multi-phase platform expansion initiative. Rather than focusing solely on tactical execution, your primary mission is to establish the robust operational foundation, playbook architectures, and standardized frameworks that will enable a permanent program team to run and scale these integrations long-term.

We are looking for a seasoned individual contributor with deep program management experience who has successfully established structure for large-scale enterprise projects from scratch. You will partner directly with the team to translate complex, ambiguous platform configurations into reliable, institutionalized runbooks and repeatable business functions.

Please note: you must have at least 8+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Establish Technical Platform Configuration Playbooks: Partner directly with the Product SPOA to standardize technical configuration rules and playbooks across critical product domains.

User Lifecycle Management (ULM): Standardizing identity provisioning, IDP configurations, and bulk roster migrations.

Multi-Tenancy: Coordinating net-new tenant configurations across affiliate service organizations.

Branding: Architecting asset collection, sub-brand setups, and regional Marketing Center compliance rules.

Transaction Journey (TJ): Mapping regional compliance, commission structures, and payment policies for CCiBT integrations.

Standardize Integration Testing & QA Gateways: Partner with TPMs to establish a predictable, standardized testing and QA framework for Platform Expansions. Define and scale comprehensive, repeatable test plan templates, smoke-test protocols, and bug-bash guidelines to ensure high-quality launch verification is built directly into the program infrastructure.

Revamp Launch Readiness & Hypercare Frameworks: Establish the framework for launch readiness and hypercare support for the different Platform Enablement archetypes. This should include a scalable, predictable Go/No-Go readiness framework, revamping the Go/No-Go review templates, as well as post-launch escalation procedures. Partner with Product Support to build the blueprint for day-of-enablement "Hypercare" war rooms so they can be run systematically.

Lead Continuous Improvement & Retro Frameworks: Map out complex cross-functional integration workflows to identify systemic product bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and operational dependencies. Build actionable retrospective frameworks that feed system insights back to backend engineering teams, driving long-term platform automation and self-service administration.

EXPERIENCE

B.S. or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.

8+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager within enterprise software, SaaS, or complex product-led environments.

Systems-Builder Mindset: A proven track record of moving past manual, ad-hoc execution to design highly structured program frameworks, repeatable runbooks, and scalable business functions from the ground up.

Strategic Long-Term Program Focus: Experience driving multi-phase, long-term initiatives where the core goal is establishing operational readiness and building foundations for future team inheritance.

Enterprise-Scale individual Contributor Experience: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning multiple organizations (Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Legal, and Finance) with minimal guidance.

Exceptional Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to enter a fast-moving, evolving environment, build immediate consensus, and map a clear "path to green" where structure did not previously exist.

Expert Communication & Documentation: Highly skilled at translating complex technical dependencies and business processes into clear, concise documentation, trackers, and executive status summaries.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.

Initiative and drive to do great things.
