Job description

Job Description:
What This Role Is All About
Likewize is looking for an Integrated Marketing Designer to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.
This is a key in-house design role on our U.S. marketing team for a true hands-on creator who loves owning the full arc of the work, from shaping loose ideas into clear concepts to delivering finished assets used in the real world. This person brings strong marketing instincts as well as visual taste, knowing how to balance beauty and utility to create work that resonates with audience context and drives results. At the core of the role is an AI-first mindset, using AI as a force multiplier to expand creative range, speed iteration, and raise quality, all grounded in sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail. This role is perfect for you if you're a marketing professional that's growth-oriented, hungry to learn, and eager to perfect your craft.
Your Key Areas of Focus
  • Own end-to-end creative production for client, sales, brand, and business storytelling assets.
  • Design high-quality digital and print collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, social, email, event materials, and campaign assets.
  • Build engaging sales demos, case studies, and testimonials that make complex ideas clear, compelling, and easy to sell.
  • Create confidently across multiple brands, channels, formats, and specs-without dropping the details.
  • Use AI as a creative force multiplier to move faster, explore more, and raise the quality bar.
  • Look past the brief to understand the real audience-what they care about, worry about, and respond to.
  • Turn customer and client insight into creative that drives clarity, resonance, and conversion.
  • Work autonomously from concept to final files, while continuously improving workflows, templates, and asset organization.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-4 years of hands-on creative production experience, delivering high-quality work quickly and independently in fast-moving environments.
  • A proven creator, not delegator. You'll have a portfolio showing us that you can own real marketing work across digital, print, presentations, motion, emails, and landing pages.
  • Advanced, AI-centered production workflow, combining AI, design, presentation, and motion tools to move from brief to final assets faster and better.
  • Strong marketing instincts grounded in psychology, with a habit of researching audience motivations, objections, and emotional drivers to shape persuasive and effective work.
  • High-end visual and presentation design skills, including advanced PowerPoint fluency and sharp attention to detail and craft.
  • Someone that is confident, communicative, creative, comfortable with ambiguity, able to explain and defend decisions, and driven by the intersection of storytelling, design, and behavior.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to tone, voice, and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign especially!) and Figma.

Extra Skills We'd Love to See
  • Experience in B2B or other environments where clarity, trust, and accuracy matter.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholder groups at once.
  • Comfort with owning lightweight systems like templates, reusable components, asset libraries, and scalable handoffs.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology including Klaviyo, Hubspot, Wordpress, GA4, and VWO.

Show Us What You've Got
As part of your application, please share a link to your design portfolio-either within your resume or as a separate file. We'd love to see your creative process and how you bring ideas to life across a range of mediums, including social media, pitch decks, email campaigns, video, and beyond.
