We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist based in Plantation, FL, working in a hybrid environment, to support marketing automation execution across the Americas region. This role is ideal for a hands-on Adobe Marketo user who enjoys building, testing, and supporting campaigns at scale.

You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing marketing team supporting initiatives across the Americas region. This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale campaigns, modern marketing technology, and a globally recognized brand, while working alongside experienced marketers who value quality execution, creative problem-solving, learning, and teamwork.


Job Purpose 

Serves as an experienced professional contributor supporting marketing automation execution across the Americas region. Applies hands-on expertise in Adobe Marketo to configure, build, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows based on defined strategies and requirements. Works independently on moderately complex assignments within established frameworks and priorities set by senior marketing leadership. Provides operational support and coordination for country marketing teams and regional super users, while contributing practical ideas to improve processes within the existing automation roadmap.


Key Tasks
  • Configure, build, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows in Adobe Marketo, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality execution. 
  • Execute marketing automation activities in alignment with regional standards, priorities, and timelines established by senior marketing leadership.
  • Support country marketing teams and regional Marketo super users by providing hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting execution-related issues.
  • Assist with campaign execution in Marketo, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, correct data inputs, and rigorous quality assurance and validation.
  • Identify execution issues and escalate risks or constraints as needed, applying problem-solving skills to resolve clearly defined problems.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating templates, workflows, and documentation to support consistent execution across markets.
  • Collaborate with digital operations and CRM teams to support data integration and reliable campaign delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy, governance, and brand standards across all automation activity.

Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing execution roles. 
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Adobe Marketo for campaign execution, workflow configuration, and reporting is required. 
  • Adobe Marketo hands-on experience is required
  • Adobe Marketo certification is preferred, but not required. 
  • Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment is a plus. 
  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

The role provides ongoing opportunities to build technical skills through hands-on work, collaboration with experienced marketers, and exposure to regional-scale campaigns.
