  • Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Develops, coordinates, and executes all retail promotions, direct mail promotions, and special events to target retail and database customers while supporting compliance to departmental budget.
  • Reviews and approves all Elite Bonus Suite (EBS) and Micro Gaming Technologies (MGT/Everi) promotions.
  • Drafts all Promotional Guidelines and Checklists.
  • Supports the efforts and projects of the VP of Marketing and/or Director of Marketing as requested.
  • Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for all appropriate departments.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, and entertainment and VIP parties.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
  • Consult with vendors to improve customer service and reduce problems in the environment
  • Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

  • Associates Degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance, or related area; or equivalent experience of two years of administrative or special events/promotions experience required, preferably in Marketing
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
