About the Role
Extraco Banks is seeking a technically skilled, analytical, and innovation‑driven Marketing Technology Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing technology stack. This role supports marketing automation, digital experience management, analytics reporting, and website development to strengthen engagement and support business growth. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and thrives in a collaborative environment that values accuracy, data‑driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Technology Management
  • Implement, configure, and maintain marketing platforms including HubSpot Marketing Automation, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, and the Drupal 10 CMS.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing systems to support consistent, accurate data flows.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, integration failures, and performance inconsistencies across marketing platforms.
  • Execute system updates, enhancements, and routine maintenance to ensure stability and reliability.
HubSpot Marketing Automation, Data Analysis amp; Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HubSpot Marketing Automation data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing‑driven, corporate‑driven, and line‑of‑business campaigns.
  • Monitor performance trends across campaigns and recommend optimizations.
  • Configure workflows, segmentation, automation rules, and campaign triggers in HubSpot.
Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Set up campaigns, workflows, and personalized engagement sequences in HubSpot.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, UTM setup, tagging, and performance measurement.
Collaboration amp; Communication
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Intelligence, and business units to align marketing technologies with organizational goals.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions and platform configurations.
  • Communicate system changes, enhancements, and best practices to internal teams.
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing technology trends and recommend new capabilities.
SEO Strategy
  • Conduct keyword research to support content strategy and optimize digital visibility.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot’s AI‑enabled insights to track KPIs and guide SEO improvements.
  • Recommend optimizations for site structure, content, and search performance.
Website Management (Drupal 10 CMS)
  • Manage, update, and optimize the corporate website and affiliate sites on Drupal 10.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages, site architecture, and UX/UI components.
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and visual appeal in collaboration with the Marketing Content Specialist.
  • Implement new website features, modules, and enhancements to support marketing initiatives.
  • Improve site performance, SEO, and user journeys using analytics and industry best practices.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support evolving marketing needs and perform related duties as assigned.
  • Provide training and onboarding support for marketing systems.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
  • Google Analytics and HubSpot certifications preferred
  • Experience working with marketing technology systems, CRM integrations, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Drupal (Drupal 10 preferred)
  • Experience in banking or financial services marketing preferred
