Polsinelli is seeking a full-time Marketing Technology Manager to oversee the firm's marketing technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and managing two Marketing Technology Analysts, this role is responsible for the administration, and optimization of Foundation, InterAction, Vuture, Cvent, and other related marketing and business development technologies. The position requires a collaborative, in-office approach and partners closely with IT, AI/Innovation, attorneys and external vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions that support firm growth and client development efforts. The successful candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and people leadership, with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the marketing tech stack (CRM, ERM, Pitch and Proposal Generator, and other marketing technology).
  • Ensure various marketing tools and platforms seamlessly communicate and share data, when appropriate.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Lead and develop marketing analysts.
  • Assess current tools and processes to optimize, enhance, or replace systems in support of AI-forward go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate business requirements and end-user needs into functional opportunities for marketing.
  • Assist in shaping solutions and evolving the marketing technology stack.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies, build business cases and make recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Promote and execute a strategic and culturally viable plan for technology upgrades and maintenance, data storage and organization, training, and internal communication.
  • Establish best practices, guidelines, and metrics for marketing technology.
  • Leverage data insights to inform campaign strategy, client targeting, and business development efforts.
  • Drive CRM strategy and adoption as the firm's central platform for client intelligence, and business development insights.
  • Develop training, communication, and enablement strategies to ensure successful platform utilization.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure scalable, consistent, and efficient use of marketing technology across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related technology role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead projects with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing business requirements, plans, processes and leadership-ready documentation.
  • Proficiency with data analysis to derive insights and measure impact.
  • Experience building and implementing scalable technology solutions.
  • Proven track record partnering with cross-functional teams such as IT, AI/Innovation, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience directly managing and leading others.
  • Professional services experience preferred.
