About the Role
As a Specialist, Marketing Technology & Enablement, you'll help power the systems, workflows, and automation that enable the Growth Marketing Team to launch campaigns with speed, accuracy, and scale. You'll work across campaign activation platforms, customer data systems, and AI-enabled operational processes to improve execution quality and reduce manual effort across recurring marketing workflows. In this role, you'll identify opportunities to streamline operations, standardize processes, and support the responsible adoption of AI tools that help our teams move faster and work smarter. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges while helping shape scalable marketing technology practices across a fast-paced and evolving organization.
What you'll do as a Specialist, Marketing Technology & Enablement
  • Own and improve workflows across key marketing technology platforms that support campaign activation, measurement, and operational execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for tools and systems supporting Social, Programmatic, and Search marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable operational tasks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and similar workflow assistants to streamline quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and recurring campaign operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and improve campaign execution processes.
  • Support evaluations of new tools, workflow enhancements, proofs of concept, and AI-enabled operational pilots across the Growth Marketing Team.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, documentation, and workflow standards through AI-assisted drafting, process mapping, and validation.
  • Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled workflows by developing repeatable prompts, scalable templates, and quality control processes.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related function supporting campaign execution and operational workflows.
  • Hands-on experience working with customer data platforms, campaign activation tools, analytics platforms, or tag and event management systems.
  • Experience independently managing and improving marketing technology implementations, workflows, or operational processes.
  • Proficiency using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and standardize outputs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across systems, platforms, and cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Airtable or similar operational platforms, with an eagerness to experiment with and scale AI-enabled workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 90,400.00 USD - 113,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
