We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the company. This role provides administrative and logistical support for events, communications, branded merchandise, employee engagement programs, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys coordinating multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:


Human Resources Support

· Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.

· Coordinate orientation schedules and onboarding materials.

· Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

· Help communicate HR programs, policies, and resources.

· Serve as a local point of contact for employee questions.


Recruiting & Workforce Development

· Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and workforce development activities.

· Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics.

· Support relationships with local schools, workforce programs, and union partners.


Employee Communications & Engagement
