Companies then use your research to make decisions about target populations, to improve products or enhance customer service. Duties include following directions to collect the data, being persuasive, and being professional on the job. You may be required to use computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) software, so additional qualifications are experience with computers and technological skills.
