What We Are Looking For:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Market Research Interviewer to support an upcoming research project. You'll work closely with the Research Manager and team to help coordinate and execute key components of the research process. This role is ideal for someone interested in outreach, user research, or community-based research, and who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Conduct virtual or on-site short interviews on consumer opinions
• Record responses accurately and professionally by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias
• Follow scripts while keeping the conversation natural
• Using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines
• Meet assigned quota for survey collection
• Record respondent's answers with accuracy, including typing respondent's verbal answers to survey questions
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
What You'll Bring Along:
• Must be 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Eager to learn about consumer behavior and research methods
• Preference for Bilingual: Spanish
Job Demands:
• Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Team Members may be subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors when necessary
Schedule:
  • Part time: 10-20 hours per week
  • Employment duration: 4-6 months

Compensation:
For California residents only - the hourly rate for this role is $20-$30.
