Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Asset & Wealth Management domain knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Securities, Equities, and Fixed Income.
  • Exposure to IBOR & ABOR concepts.
  • Experience with portfolio accounting systems.
  • Understanding of Aladdin data model and workflows.
  • Experience with integration patterns including file-based APIs and batch processing.
  • Mandatory SQL skills for complex queries, joins, and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Python is preferred.
  • Exposure to ETL tools, data warehouses, APIs, and file-based integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and support inbound/outbound data flows to/from Aladdin.
  • Understand integrations with trading platforms, custodian systems, and market data providers.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across trades, positions, holdings, and valuations.
  • Execute SQL queries to detect data breaks and validate transformation logic.
  • Support IBOR vs ABOR reconciliations and break analysis.
  • Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Investigate data breaks, interface failures, and reconciliation mismatches.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, standups, and backlog refinement.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in large-scale Aladdin implementation or migration programs.
  • Exposure to custodian integrations and market data feeds.
  • Experience in data platform transitions from legacy systems to Aladdin.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams.

Qualification And Education:

  • 8+ years of experience in Asset Management programs.
