About the Team: Works closely with Manufacturing Engineers and plant personnel to analyze process issues, troubleshoot machining and assembly equipment, and implement equipment improvements. Responsible for engineering leadership, project execution, resource planning, and the development of engineering team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee workforce utilization, facility layout, workflow, and equipment placement to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor departmental performance, conduct team meetings, and maintain accountability for department KPIs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and engineering teams to optimize product designs, tooling, and production methods.
  • Lead the development of technical specifications and supplier selection for production equipment, tooling, fixturing, materials, and related purchases.
  • Analyze production data, staffing requirements, equipment performance, and associated costs to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Your profile as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and train engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, equipment design, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office), and customer interaction skills.
