About the Role
Angi is seeking a Manager, Retail Partnerships to lead the day-to-day management of our key retail partnerships and help shape growth opportunities in close collaboration with senior leaders.
In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate and execute projects that strengthen performance, improve customer experience, and support Angi's growth strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Strategy & Growth, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Care, and Analytics to tackle diverse partnership challenges
  • Surface insights and recommend actions to ensure Angi continues to deliver a best-in-class service experience - a job done well - through our retail partners

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position ideal for someone who enjoys blending analytical rigor with relationship-building and project leadership. You'll be a key member of Angi's Retail Partnerships team, responsible for executing a strategy that advances Angi's mission to get jobs done well, while developing as a future leader of the organization.
What you'll do
  • Support key aspects of our Retail P&L - tracking performance, identifying trends, and surfacing opportunities to senior leadership
  • Build deep relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and act as a primary advocate for the growth and success of key retail accounts
  • Lead analyses that surface actionable insights to guide partner and internal decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement them
  • Drive projects from scoping through execution by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to identify ways to drive continuous growth while improving the customer experience
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders; present those findings to key stakeholders
  • Balance strategic acumen with analytical ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment

Who you are
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing tech/marketplace environment
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and analytical aptitude; deep knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and, ideally, SQL, with significant experience framing up analyses independently
  • Active use of AI tools to work smarter and move faster
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and action plans
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build strong external partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and excitement for collaborative work
  • Keen eye for detail, with strong quality-assurance habits
  • Interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations
  • Willingness to travel on a quarterly cadence (when appropriate/required)

Compensation & Benefits
  • The salary band for this position ranges from $95,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
