This role supports various Canadian Utilities, working at the intersection of customer transformation, energy transition, and digital innovation.

You Are:

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate the shifting energy landscape - from evolving customer expectations to the growing importance of decarbonization, electrification, and demand-side management (DSM) programs. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, align on functional outcomes, and ensure integration across business and technology teams.

  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and advancing energy efficiency goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SONG and technology partners) to implement digital and operational solutions aligned with utilities transformation objectives.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering excellence in business process design and stakeholder management.

  • Support the continued growth of Accenture's Energy Retail Practice, contributing thought leadership in areas such as customer innovation, energy transition, and DSM strategy.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years experience in Utilities Retail and Business Process Design.

  • Strong knowledge of Energy Transition, Demand Side Management, and Digital Customer Strategy.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Functional Design and User Experience (UX) Design.

  • Proven ability to manage consulting engagements, lead client relationships, and advise on complex transformation programs.
