Principales responsabilités

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail operations within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer products industry
  • Experience working with prestige or national retail partners is a strong asset
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and training abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing CRM and sales reporting tools is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
  • Bilingual French and English strongly preferred
